I started as the Employment Fund’s Director, People and Communications in January of 2019. My previous employers include, among others, Adven Group, Finnair and IBM. I like to spend my spare time with my family and friends as well as my two Tibetan spaniels. I take CrossFit and yoga classes and enjoy hiking and the outdoors.

My professional passions are continuous improvement and learning as well as the use of technology to free experts from routine tasks to focus on what they do best. Efficient processes, strong morale and open dialogue are crucial not only in my work but across our entire organisation. My task is to help the Employment Fund’s staff to stay competitive in the labour market by ensuring that our experts have the best competence and attitude.
